Many shops stand empty and create visual discontent with local residents, shop owners and visitors.  We offer to work with the owners of the properties in animating the windows and spaces with creative works and events.  Thus promoting the space positively and preventing complaints.

If you are a property developer and have bought a property which will be standing empty for a period of time, why not hand it over to us for that period of time?  We can provide much needed studio and making spaces for artists living in the area even if just temporarily.  This will provide you with the peace of mind that it will be looked after and prevent, flyer posting, graffiti and squaters from moving in or worse. 

If you are an empty shop owner and would like us to animate it by lending it as an artist studio/ temporary gallery space this will be good PR if you are looking at selling it, it will enable visitors to see the space intimately while it is on the market.
